He will be saying goodbye to Arsenal this summer after finding it difficult to break into the first team, especially under the new management.
Under Arsene Wenger. Cohen Bramall was hopeful that he would someday progress to the club's senior ranks, a dream which as soon as the Frenchman left the Emirates Stadium began to look gloomy.
Things went from bad to worse for him as he did not get recognition from the new boss Unsi Emery.
In his words, the Spaniard gave the left back no chance probably because he had been told of how he fared while on loan at Birmingham City.
As he draws close to the end of his short stay at the club, the 23-year-old has spoken on his predicament which he now has to face and move on.
He said: “When Unai came in I was hoping to train with the first-team but I didn’t really get that opportunity. I didn’t have a conversation with him once.
“I’m guessing he was told I didn’t have the best of loans at Birmingham, so he just binned me off. When I did get to go over there and train, it was at the last minute. I didn’t get the chance to show Unai what I could do.”
Hopefully, Bramall will find a side that will accommodate him. His free agent status will nske things easier though it is not expected that he will get signed by a top side.
