Bacary Sagna, in the buildup to Arsenal's Europa League clash with Napoli, has resounded his love for the Red and White Army.
The French defender plied his trade at the Emirates stadium before making a transfer to Manchester City in 2014.
Prior to that time, he was arguably one of the side's most influential players at that point in the Arsene Wenger era.
The Valentines Day-born right-back eventually left the Premier League for the Serie A to join Benevento on a six-month deal before heading to Montreal Impact in the Major League Soccer (MLS).
In a chat with II Mattino, the 36-year-old expressed his admiration of Arsenal while tipping them to emerge victorious over Napoli in the quarter-final of the Europa League.
“Napoli is a great team, but Arsenal represents my past," he said. "It is my favorite team.
“They haven’t participated in the Champions League tournament for two years and now the team wants to show its skills and win the Europa League.
"They [Arsenal] are much faster and up front, they are very strong.
