Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka has been set free and will face no sanctions after reports claimed he racially abused an airport worker.
Just a day after being sent off against Burnley, the Swiss international was said to have used derogatory remarks on a staff at the Heathrow Airport.
The attention of the Metropolitan Police was called by a third-party and Xhaka was invited for questioning after which he was released as further investigations went on.
It has now been revealed by Sky Sports that the 24-year-old will face no punishment probably because he wasn't found guilty of the charge.
Xhaka will return to the team once again after serving a four-match ban which kept him out of games against Southampton, Watford, Chelsea and Hull City.
He will be hoping to make the squad when Arsenal travel to Germany to take on Bayern Munich in the first leg of the Champions League last 16.
