At the end of our game with West Bromwich Albion on Boxing Day, we saw a confrontation between Lucas Perez and Gabriel Paulista.
The duo seemed seemed unsatisfied with each other and this led to a harsh exchange of words after that narrow victory.
No one knew what exactly caused the feud between them, so the press after the game wanted to get a clue from Arsene Wenger.
When quizzed, the Frenchman as usual said that he didn't see the incident while also stating he feels it is nothing serious after all. To him, it was just one of those occasions when fiery temperament clash.
On if he knew what the misunderstanding was all about, Wenger replied: 'No. I don`t know what it is about, "
"I didn`t see it as well. But they have the South American temper, you know, and that can sometimes happen. I don`t think that anything bad happened.'
'They are two good friends, very close to each other so that is already forgotten now.'
