Renowned Gazzetto dello Sport writer Emanuele Giulianelli has revealed through his official Twitter account that Arsenal are close to sealing the transfer of Shkodran Mustafi from Valencia.
The German international has been a major target for the Gunners in recent weeks and according to the journalist, the Spanish club have accepted Arsenal's offer of €30m (£26m) for the defender.
One cannot shove this off just like so many other transfer rumours because even Arsene Wenger confirmed after the 0-0 draw with Leicester City yesterday that the club is in talks with the player and his representatives over a possible switch and whenever Wenger gives such a hint we know it is surely going to happen.+++ Arsenal: looks like Mustafi will be agreed tomorrow.
