The international break has finally come and gone and Arsenal are set to resume club action with a trip to West Brom this Saturday. Ahead of the game, Arsene Wenger has released the latest on the fitnesa front.
First is this positive one which has cleared Hector Bellerin to feature at the Hawthorns this weekend.
“Hector is back in full training,” Arsene Wenger was quoted as saying.
The Spanish right back missed out of the match with Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena and also was not around to participate in the North-London derby as a result of a groin problem. He is now fully okay.
Wenger also stated that Aaron Ramsey and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will not make the trip. These two were initially expected to be in contention for selection immediately after the break but it looks as if we will have to wait a little longer.
The midfielders who both have hamstring issues should resume full training next Monday.
Llikely to miss out is Laurent Koscielny. According to the manager, he was not himself when he played for France last Tuesday so he will have to have a chat with him to determine his present psychological state.
Jack Wilshere, Tomas Rosicky, Danny Welbeck and Theo Walcott are also still sidelined. They should all be ready latest by December.
