Arsenal defender, Gabriel Paulista was definitely in the spirit this afternoon as he took to his official Instagram page to send out a motivational message to all his followers.
The Brazilian star has fought hard and secured a place in Arsene Wenger's team this season and has made himself a player who fans want to see feature in every match.
Recently, he was involved in a fracas with Chelsea's Diego Costa, an incident which saw him sent off in that game before the judgement was later reversed and amended.
At the moment, all he is concerned about is how to step up his game and this is evident in a tweet he made this afternoon.
Gabriel uploaded this picture on Instagram and captioned it: “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. Photo by @priceyd101 and @stuart_photoafc #gabrielisagunner”
The 26-year-old will be in contention by the time Arsenal make a trip to Watford to play in the Premier League this weekend.
