The French side who recently showed their desire to get Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria are ready to sell out the player so as to balance their books and provide funds for more transfer activities.
Some Spanish sources are claiming PSG are ready to make a bid for the Argentine midfielder after Real boss, Carlo Ancelotti revealed the midfielder has handed in a transfer request.
Arsenal will have to pay £51 million if they decide not to include under-pressure striker Giroud in the deal. This move if completed will make Cavani Arsenal's fifth signing of the summer and also the Gunners' most expensive signing ever. Manchester United are also believed to be after the striker.
With Arsenal currently weak in attack, their scoring problem would be completely solved if they can lay their hands on this world-class star. Still in doubt over the possibility of this speculation though. It might just be like some of those deals which never went through. Let's just wait and see as things unfold. One cannot keep believing all he hears or sees on transfer matters.
